Red Raspberry-Leaf Tea Latte Recipe

This red raspberry- leaf tea latte is not only womb-loving, it’s deliciously dreamy. Think cozy vibes, hormone balance, and a little sweet magic in every sip. She’s cute, comforting, and 10/10 recommend. She’s a whole dang vibe, not to mention she’s also giving fibroid support.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon red raspberry leaf (or 1 tea bag)

  • 1 cup hot water

  • ½ cup milk of choice (pistachio, oat, almond, or coconut)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Steep the Tea
    Boil water and pour it over the red raspberry leaf. Let steep at least 10–15 minutes (or longer for a stronger infusion). Strain if using loose herbs.

  2. Heat & Froth the Milk
    In a small saucepan, warm the milk. You can froth it using a frother, whisk, or blender for a latte-like texture.

  3. Sweeten & Flavor (Optional)
    Stir in honey/maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon to the milk.

  4. Combine
    Pour the steeped tea into your favorite mug. Top with the warm, frothy milk.

  5. Serve Hot or Iced

    • For hot: Enjoy as-is!

    • For iced: Let the tea cool, then pour it over ice and add cold or frothed milk on top.

Optional Add-ins:

  • Add a few drops of ashwagandha tincture for extra hormone support

  • A dash of rose water for a floral twist

  • Collagen powder for added skin and joint love
